Safety is first. At CHROME, we have a “floating” dance floor, meaning a safe cushion for your joints and body. Six Lupit poles fill the room and mats are always encouraged. For aerial lessons, our aerial room is complete with a padded floor, additional crash mats, and a secure custom rigging system.

Additionally, each of our CHROME instructors are trained in the appropriate aerial rigging techniques, the proper way to spot a student, and how to maintain a safe environment for all.

CHROME founder Jeanette Sealey has her degree in Dance Management from OCU and has put safe dance techniques at the forefront. Our instructors are all experienced and attend regular trainings. All classes begin with a warmup and utilize progressions and strength training to build safe and proper pole and aerial technique.

Expression is what it’s all about. Self-expression looks different for every person who walks in the door at CHROME and we celebrate whatever “self” you are today. We offer choreography classes with heels and without, and private lessons for aerial. Expressing yourself through dance and aerial arts heals the soul!
