Christen has been dancing for four years, starting her journey with a passion for music and a connection to the metal scene. When she discovered exotic pole, it was the first time she felt she could express herself through the music that shaped her creative intent, and she quickly fell head over heels. She has been largely self-taught in her home studio, dedicating most of her spare time to dancing, cross-training, and cultivating her personal style and technique. She has traveled independently for workshops centered on Russian exotic flow and sought out a variety of online courses from different instructors all around the world. She is obsessed with all things exotic flow and has an affinity for flips, kips, lifts, and smooth flow transitions. Inspired by the intimate connection to music and endless self-expression she discovered through dance, she began teaching. She has also developed wonderful friendships and a community with dancers in online spaces. She aspires to provide a safe and encouraging environment to help dancers connect with rhythm and a deeper sense of self, sensuality, and joy.
