For any apparatus, tie the ropes off in the following manner:




Check the carabiners are locked
With our auto-locking steel carabiners, simply twist and push inward on the locking gate to open the carabiner and attach your aerial equipment. The locking gate will snap back into place. Check that it is fully shut!

Loop a Spanset
While it does reduce the Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) by 50%, we use the choke hitch, pictured here, to attach the spanset to the lyras. It is still plenty strong and keeps the spanset from sliding.
